Time to simplify and centralize production process for country-specific media launch packages.
The plan was that a central unit manages production and distribution worldwide. This way, the amount of effort it takes for a film shoot decreases significantly and thanks to the new process which includes producing different language versions and a digital distribution concept, all countries get their packages within one month! With the new target operation model, a new product could be launched globally much faster than before.
